SUMMARY 

Graduate School USA is currently seeking a Program Manager to successfully manage and support programs and courses in the areas of communications, leadership, project management and analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate and support activities in the administration and operation of these programs.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze program and participant data to make course/program recommendations.
  •  Proactively search for training trends/changes to identify areas for program improvements.
  • Support Program Directors in the research and development of course/program strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with the development of marketing & communications materials for assigned program areas.
  • Support business growth by responding to course and program requests from customers, staff and Business Development Managers.
  • Create operational processes for the efficient management of program information.
  • Manage and enter course related data in the Student Registration System to support training delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing department in the monitoring and editing of published course and program information.
  • Assist in the selection of instructors and scheduling of courses based upon the Directors’ needs.
  • Assist in the observation and audit of instructors.
  • Monitor courses and programs to ensure accuracy, and track requests for changes and updates.
  • Facilitate ad hoc tasks and activities in support of program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with instructors, staff and training participants to ensure the smooth and successful completion of training sessions; act on any problems or issues that arise.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • Strong communication, active listening skills and the ability to interact comfortably at all levels, with keen emotional intelligence.
  • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point. Exposure to a learning management system (LMS) is preferred.  
  • Familiarity with the assigned program areas preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters’ degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years Progressive work experience in a professional business organization.
  • At least 3 years supervisory or leadership experience
