SUMMARY

Graduate School USA’s (GSUSA) Operations and Quality Assurance team is seeking part time Training Assistants who possess strong customer service and communication skills, a can-do attitude, the ability to work well in a team environment and the ability to multitask effectively.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet students and instructors
  • Provide desk support
  • Order packing and shipping class materials
  • Prepare, set-up and clean-up classrooms
  • Maintain classroom inventory
  • Ensure class equipment is available and working
  • Perform data entry
  • Order necessary supplies
  • Provide feedback to the supervisor on class; e.g., last minute equipment requests, and room changes, complaints, building issues, item handouts, etc.
  • Performed other duties as assigned. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
